as always john grisham at his best!! i'm unfortunately very biased when it comes to grisham's writings. i simply love them that there's no point in me reviewing the book he's written cause i will always like it, hehe.. but yea to be fair, john does kind of drags on with his storyline but the plot, ideas on how the book has been shaped is awesome!! you'll love the beginning the middle and the end.. bear with the drag:) its definitely worth it!:)
The book kept my interest. It was a fast read and most of John Grisham's are but sometimes that just hits the spot!
Absolutely my favorite Grisham book! Love the Nicholas Easter character and how the story is developed.
This book kind of made me not have a whole lot of faith in the justice system. I wonder how much jury tampering really happens?
I enjoyed this book so much that I've read it two or three times. It's one of my favorite John Grisham books. I love the way he develops characters and it was also suspenseful.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I read 'Skipping Christmas' but I always enjoy a Grisham book. I was not disappointed! It was a timely read for this time of year and makes the usual well presented social comment. I think I might look for the movie now that I've read the book.
Intents and Very unpredictable profile of Nicholas Easter. I thought he might go with the verdict to Flicth, but he wasnt!
I really enjoyed the movie, but I enjoyed the book even more! I typically like to read books AFTER movies come out, because there is so much that can't be put into a movie from a book, and this is a perfect example of why. There is so much more that happens with the case, behind the scenes with 'Marlee' and Fitch that just isn't in the movie. It's great!
Very touching and convicting of the soul....as most of his books are. I couldn't put this one down, had to read it all in a day!
John Grisham is amazing! I read the book because I loved the movie, and as always, the book was better. (Still love the movie though). His descriptions and the deceit in the novel was gripping. Definitely couldn't put it down!
