Quote-leftDo not let size deter you from the first book in the captivating Mayfair Witches series. It delves into the ancient history of a clan of New Orleans witches while weaving a twisted history of the city and blue-blooded aristocracy. Twisted and enthralling, it sucks you in without spitting you out again… –AdrienneQuote-right

Not Vampires this time but the Taltos the last one of a dying breed...
Makes you think and even look at people with red hair or the tall in new ways lol. :-)Quote-right

Quote-leftRemarkably well paced, considering the clunker which opened the series. "Taltos" is intriguing, yet seriously demented.Quote-right

Quote-leftAnne pulls her historical stunts on this one, but in an entirely supernatural way (less fact, more fiction). A good read and a fantastic conclusion to the series.Quote-right

Quote-leftI felt so sad to finish this book as I really enjoyed the Mayfair witches series! I felt this book was nicely written and was an interesting end to the trilogy.

I was wondering if presenting Ash into the third book was going to work as it seemed too late to enter another main character and build them to the same standard as the others but I feel that it was accomplished.

An exceptional series!Quote-right

Quote-leftThis is my first read of her Mayfair witch series and it is as addictive as her other novels. A really enchanting novel. I have no idea how someone can be so creative and able to describe with such believable realism. Really wonderful tale.Quote-right

Quote-leftthis book was facinating. i had to reread the first two of the mayfair witch books again before i could just jump into the third. it was a very interesting ending. kept you hanging. never resolved itself...but i like that. besides, i know it reallyp isnt the end of the story for the mayfair's because i know the vampires and mayfair's come together again to continue the legacy of both sides together.Quote-right
