The worldwide beatlemania is explained down to the last die-hard fan. Its a really really good book, form the first page to the last full of emotions and their quests and wins thrugh the world, and last their emotional and up-hill battle of the last albums and arraiging their affairs when everyhting was cold and hard between the, and the chemestry in one way or another had already dissapeared. In times it was a little bit to praising ( in the begigng with John, and then finally with the Bealtes as them), but it is rich in details. =)♥ (show less)

But other sections are riveting in details that are not usually attributed to the band, like the horrific death of John's mother while he was a teenager, or John's heroin addiction during the White Album through Abbey Road, or the fact that they all had Gonhorrea while recording their first album (which they picked up from hookers in Germany), or whether Yoko did, in fact, manipulate and break up the band, which makes this interesting reading, and takes away a little of the myth.
