Interesting setting and story. Original ideas and use of the young girl and her marionettes to show emotions of the characters and progress the story. Characters showed promise but the development was choppy. The copy layout was poor, with no indication of when the scene changed to be about entirely different people! I like supporting CanLit and I'll probably read the other books by this author.
