I thought it was just me. This book is helping me to understand myself better. It offers suggestions for dealing with the problems, and has exercises that are very practical and helpful.   • This is a great book for anyone suffering from Bipolar Disorder. It explains the symptoms well and gives excellent advice on how to deal with these symptoms. It also has exercises that will help you to understand yourself better and make it easier to talk to you doctor. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from Bipolar as well as their friends and family.
