The book also talks about the importance of being loyal to your family, even when you'd prefer to focus on yourself. I'm now going to share this book with others. And I'm curious to read more from Terry McMillan. If this is just one of her okay books, I can only imagine what the others are like. Very quick read, pick it up and you will finish within a week! Oh this is the most memorable of all her writings. It is one of those reads that sucks you right in being able to see, feel and smell what is being read....Beats the heck out of the movie Ghost.
