This is a must read book on relationships. It shows the simple motives that drive all of us in relationships, and i found it a really insightful read. I think to a point we are all co-dependent. It's just such a healthy think to think through. Why do i do what i do with others? What needs is it meeting in my life? By far the best book i've ever read on co-dependency and forming healthier relationships.

life changing!!! it not only explains co-dependence and the journey towards it - but shows the path to healing! my life and relationships will never be the same. if you've ever felt like a victim or like you have to take care of everything yourself or you have a hard time letting people into your life (trust issues), this might be a good book for you... if you desire to journey through the pain of healing... if you are courageous enough!
