It is always a breath of fresh air to read a Miss Julia novel. Ross keeps us rolling time and time again. The more you get to know Miss Julia the more you love her and her sass. This novel is no exception. The entire book takes place over the course of a week but don't think there isn't much going on because there is...and you will not want to put it down.

Here's another really enjoyable romp with Miss Julia.
Craziness, love, misunderstandings, nasty neighbors, pastors gone over the edge . . . it's all in here.
And Miss Julia puts together the best and most memorable wedding EVER.
Pick this one up and have a good time.

Just what I needed to lift my spirits. Never a depressing moment and a chuckle on every page. I found Miss Julia hard to put down and ultimately disappointing to finish. I'm a sucker for a strong southern matriarch and Miss Julia just keeps getting better. Can't wait to dive into the next one!

I've read all the Miss Julia books and enjoyed Miss Julia's transformation during the course of the series. This one wasn't my favorite but it definitely had some very funny moments.

Great book Miss Julia manages to throw a wedding while half the country is on a religious pilgrimage across the street from her house. Too funny.

Miss Julia puts together a wedding for Binky and Coleman. In the process, she manages to get rid of an associate pastor, advance another romance or two and help little Lloyd with some business decisions. Oh she also works to advance race relations in her little town.

Another funny addition to the growing series! Miss Julia and friends are in great form, dispensing advice and coffee and using unorthodox methods to deal with pre-wedding jitters and spats. This one was cute!

Miss Julia is a breath of fresh air!She makes me feel less homesick for the south. She reminds me of family... every southern family has a Miss Julia. Ann B Ross has hooked me for life! I can hardly wait for more.
