No, it's a flop!
Enjoyed reading with my kids who are 8 and 9. They were maybe a 2 or 3 years too young for this though.

Another great book about the enchanting Austin family. Deals with those perennial teenaged choices about spending time with the self-destructive, yet fascinating bad boy; or the successful and wholesome good boy.

This was the first Madeline L'Engle book I ever read. My friend in 4th grade bought it for me for my birthday or some other occasion as a present. I have been reading L'Engle ever since and she is my favorite author.
