This book was given to me by a good family friend.
I never made it past the Introduction of this book. I think I'm just not the target audience. The man who wrote it is an ultra traditional type, and the gist of the introduction is "Sure, being single is fun, but deep down inside we all fundamentally are incomplete unless we're married." I have a lot of single mommy friends that take offense at that line of reasoning (particularly coming from a dude).
To be fair, it came highly recommended, so I'm sure it has some redeeming values. But you won't find them in my review. (show less)

Not at all what you expect from the title. It is a deep dive into you as a person. How you came to be from past influences of family, school, environment. Also parts that force you to look inward and also asks questions outwardly from those who are close to you. If you want to understand your present self, this is a good book, but must do the work

This book transformed me but not before it broke me down.... WOW! Amazing and a must for self-exploration and coming to terms with the Universe within!

Exercises
Started to do the exercises when I realized it would be easier to do them on my computer in some of the programs I have for brainstorming. Due to the lack of drawing skills on my part an the ease of editing on my PowerBook, that'd be best.
I've been slow to tackle them but I guess it's just nervous hesitance on my part. Maybe it's my "Old Brain" making me procrastinate!
