Gives Scripture to back it up, which helps in drinking in the Word when you are having a hard time sitting down and reading your Bible. piper is always true to scripture! as others have said, short but a wonderful read. God is biggest to me in times of darkness. a keeper as life is not always good unlike a postmodern world would like us to believe. God is the only good, just and loving entity that never leaves us...even when we have a tough time seeing the light of jesus!
