Didn't want to finish it. I guess if you are interested in deconstructing fiction instead of enjoying it, this is for you. Read like a textbook (which it is probably used for). Just not the type of nonfiction I enjoy.

Includes the essay I loved (harpers? the Atlantic?, the New Yorker?) of how when writing, you put one word down and the whole world pours onto the page. Ain't that the truth.
