  Excellent book. He is such a slick and sexy character! you can't help but be pulled in by the charisma and charm of the stainless steel rat. I wish I had the other books! They should be lying around somewhere... Either way, I can't wait to get started on the other ones. It just gets you from beginning to end. The masterfully planned escapes, the women, the aliens? It doesnt get much better in the Sci-Fi stealth world than Harry Harrison.

  Ian Fleming has nothing on this guy. The epitome of cool, technology is less of a wonderment and more commonplace, as you or I might consider a disposable lighter pretty standard, whereas an early American colonist might think it awesome (as long as the fuel lasts). Long Live Slippery Jim DiGriz!
