Technical Questions:

Q: Why can't I see some of the enemies?

This can happen for several reasons. You might not be able to see an enemy if they have blocked you, or set their privacy settings in a restrictive way. Also, occasionally the profiles of celebrity enemies get deleted.

Q: Why are so many of the celebrity names spelled incorrectly?

Facebook discourages people from making fake profiles by blocking certain celebrity names. Users have gotten around this restriction by misspelling the names.

Q: Can I add someone as an enemy if they are not my friend?

Yes. Instructions for doing so are here. There is also a list of public figures to hate here.

Q: Why do I have to add non-friend, non-celebrity enemies manually?

It's a Facebook restriction. Sorry.

Q: I added someone as an enemy. Why am I not in their enemybook?

Animosity is not always reciprocated. You can add someone as an enemy without them adding you, and vice versa. However, if you add someone who is also your friend to your enemy list, that person will receive an email notification, giving them a chance to add you to their own enemybook.

Q: How can I see who has listed me in their enemybook?

When viewing your enemybook, click on the and icons to toggle between the people you have listed as enemies, and the people who have listed you.

Q: Can I rank my enemies?

Not yet. I hope to add this feature some day.

General Questions:

Q: Is this app a joke? Is it serious? Do you even know anymore?

Yes. Yes. No. The app started as a satire of social networks and online relationships, but it's also a legitimate form of self-expression. People are more passionate about their dislikes than their likes, and their dislikes can be more telling. Enemybook complements the existing features of Facebook.
