It's a view with a custom theme method, designed to make it look more like a facebook discussion board. In fact, that view generates the Drupal for Facebook block on your profile page, too.
Basically, every page served by Drupal can be served on facebook. It's a matter of theming it so Facebook accepts all the markup, and it looks resonable in this small space.
