Team Diet Sunkist secretly test a revolutionary way to race: the car being controlled by the driver's adrenaline. Unfortunately, the evil forces behind Team 7-UP also want this technology, and manage to steal it, and plan to cheat in the upcoming race by jamming the technology in the Sunkist car. However, the plan backfires onto the 7-UP car, allowing the Sunkist car to win. Afterwards, while the Sunkist driver and his son go out on a fishing trip, a mysterious driver knocks them off the road, killing the Sunkist driver, and limiting the son to a wheelchair.
