This is only what I remember. Feel free to edit. It stared as an insulation company that had some trouble. Barry Blair, who had self published some comics suggested they move to comics. They did. In the 80's they became Canada's largest comics publisher with around 6 monthly titles and numerous mini series. My personal favourite title was Warlock 5 by Gordon Derry and airbrush art by Dennis Beauvais. They merged with Malibu later and got eaten up.
