For evey win and appearance in the NCAA, NIT, and CBI, the conference receives money. Although the CBI does not cash out as much as the other two, money is money.

That being said....I really wouldn't mind UVA getting their asses handed to them on Monday. Either way, somebody I hate is gonna lose the game...so its all good.

Alright, a win is a win....but at this point the CBI has very little credibility. Nobody is paying attention to it besides those teams which are in it...it just seems like another way for the schools to make money to me at this point.
