I heard that the new coach is to be announced tomorrow, and it is to be Geno Ford, according to ESPN.

I havent found that source yet. I believe it though, Christian pointed out that he was a good candidate and Kennedy has hired within the staff in the past.

It looks like my ears being open has paid off. I have reason to believe that they weren't kidding when they said they were starting the search for a new coach immediately. In fact, it seems that they are meeting with a candidate at this moment!

Waters would be great to have back, I'm sure all us Golden Flashes would welcome him back. I guess all we can do is speculate until an announcement is made, but I'll keep my ears open when I'm hanging around the MACC.

Can someone explain to me why the hell he would head up the TCU Horned Frogs? It's unfortunate to see him go because as much as I hate Kent, he was a quality coach.
