3. We must fight for a cure and better treatments for late stage disease. C3 directly funds colorectal cancer research.

C3 pushes for research to improve screening, diagnosis, and treatment of colorectal cancer; for policy decisions that make the most effective colon and rectal cancer prevention and treatment available to all; and for increased awareness that colorectal cancer is preventable, treatable, and beatable.

C3 pushes on legislation that will move the fight against colorectal cancer forward, and trains and supports grassroots advocates to engage their communities and elected officials.

C3 also supports research advocates serving on advisory committees for publicly funded research.
