TRIAD identifies and trains local leaders to create and run sustainable HIV/AIDS education programs for orphans and vulnerable children. TRIAD brings physicians, professional athletes & coaches, journalists, and performing & visual artists to communities deeply affected by HIV/AIDS. Together with aspiring community leaders, TRIAD's experts build a curriculum and train these local leaders in their fields.

These local leaders then have the tools and information needed to run sustainable sports-, arts-, and media-based HIV/AIDS education programs in their communities on their terms (not on western values and ideals), and in their language.
