Chloe Faith Born at 24 weeks

Chloe was born at just 24 weeks gestational for no good reason, weighing 1lb 9oz and being only 33cm long. She was one of the many few who survive, but came into this world to show others that miracles do happen and angels do walk this earth. She only had one surgery and it was the PDA ligation. Dont give up on your little ones, they are fighters!
