September Fundraising Goal
In the 3 months that this cause has been in existence, although we have experienced incredible growth in membership of supporters, donations have not kept pace. However, remember that the rate of breast cancer does not follow seasonable changes-- the rate of men and women developing and suffering from breast cancer continues unabated. Thus, we must continue to remain vigilant in our resolve to support breast cancer research.
For the month of September, we hereby set the ambitious goal to raise another $10,000, hopefully bringing us to our end of the month goal near $40,000.
Remember, every penny received goes directly towards scientific research into causes, preventions, and treatments for breast cancer (with 0% overhead!). On behalf of us scientists from Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women's Hospital (flagship hospital of Harvard Medical School), and Harvard School of Public Health-- we sincerely thank you for your support.
