We're about making an orchestra like this happen in Birmingham.
Not with just the suburban kids who can afford lessons and a nice instrument, but with young musicians from every single neighborhood, economic status, ethnic group, religion. We believe that the music is stronger than the barriers.
We're making significant progress.
