The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of reducing the disparity. Their decision followed in the footsteps of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, which partially reduced the disparity last year. Now it is time for Congress to fix the crack/cocaine sentencing disparity. (show less)
