This is why I care
The Trevor Project operates the only nationwide, around-the-clock crisis and suicide prevention helpline for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth. I can't think of a better way to celebrate my birthday then by helping out a kid who feels lost or alone and needs someone to talk to. In this day and age when there are so many people telling gay or questioning kids they are bad and wrong and going to hell, it's good to have an organization that is there to listen and even save a life. If you can donate $40 for my big 4-0 or anything that you are comfortable with, it would make for an amazing birthday for me. XO and GLEE!
