This is why I care
PTSD affects not only those who suffer from it, but their families, friends and even strangers.
My grandfathers were both veterans. They were also both alcoholics, and I now believethey suffered from PTSD contracted during their time of service to our country.
One of my brothers is career Navy, and has been deployed 14 times since joining.
So Not Alone's goal to raise awareness and provide help to those dealing with PTSD is a cause close to my heart.
