POSITIVE INFLUENCE INC

It is the mission of Positive Influence, Inc to improve the quality of life for people living with HIV and AIDS in Western Maryland, to promote the destigmatization of HIV and AIDS and to promote HIV prevention. Services are provided without discrimination and, whenever possible, in collaboration with other service agencies.

Volunteering to support the HIV+ community. Serving Central and Western Maryland, Northern Virginia and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. So that no one living with HIV/AIDS in our area has to go it alone, we sponsor weekly support group meetings and occasional social gatherings - giving those living with HIV/AIDS a chance to meet, share and make new friends. Our volunteers are available to assist with transportation, food distribution, daily telephone contact, home and hospital visits. We also maintain and distribute the Positive Influence, Inc. Positive Influence is a volunteer organization that relies 100% on financial support through grants, contributions and special events.

Positive Influence, Inc. is proud to be able to hold a weekly support group for those living with HIV and AIDS. Our support group meets every Friday evening. For more information on our support group please e-mail info@PositiveInfluence.org.
