LIFE ROLLS ON FOUNDATION

Life Rolls On is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to be a grassroots resource that provides hope and is an advocate on behalf of young people whose lives have been affected by spinal cord injury (SCI). Life Rolls On Instilling in people that life with SCI does indeed roll on.

Through quality of life programs, spinal cord injury awareness campaigns, and research grants to find a cure, LRO proudly impacts the lives of more than 100,000 people each year.

Life Rolls On's signature program, They Will Surf Again (TWSA), is an award-winning bi-coastal series of events that empower paraplegics and quadriplegics to experience the freedom of mobility by surfing a wave with the assistance of adaptive surfboards and able-bodied volunteers.

Life Rolls On features a team of remarkable young people living with SCI, who serve as Ambassadors for the organization - sharing our message that “life rolls on,” even when faced with extreme adversity. Through their individual extensions of courage, whether it is surfing, motocross, wakeboarding, skateboarding or dance, Life Rolls On Ambassadors educate and inspire the public to live life to the fullest, shifting paradigms of what is possible after SCI, and leaving a path of change wherever they go.
