Project Kindle, Inc.

Project Kindle is a charitable, non-profit organization with a mission to improve the quality of life for children and families infected with and affected by HIV and AIDS through recreational programs, a community AIDS awareness speakers bureau, year-round support and advocacy.

Camp Kindle summer camping sessions are held in Nebraska and California. Each session serves up to 100 young people each summer from all over the Midwest and California. Camp Kindle covers 100% of the costs for them to attend, this includes travel expenses. Camp Kindle offers health, teambuilding and character building workships during the camp session along with traditional camp activities. We also offer year round support to our campers through maintaining staff/camper and camper/camper relations, community involvement incentive programs and newsletters. Camp Kindle also has a speaking bureau made up of Staff members both living with HIV and those educated on the subject.
