Cancer research details:

Mission: We are a non-profit campaign dedicated to forging alliances between scientists, lay public, and corporations/ foundations to establish novel avenues for high-paced, cutting-edge cancer research. And we are dedicated to disseminating cancer prevention knowledge to communities and spurring the translation of cancer research discoveries to practical prevention and treatment approaches for the public.

Our research benefits the Nurses' Health Study of cancer causes and preventions at Harvard Medical School.

"[The Nurses' Health Study] is one of the most significant studies ever conducted."
-Donna Shalala, Former Secretary of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

The Nurses' Health Study (of Brigham and Women's Hospital, a flagship hospital of Harvard Medical School) is the world's LARGEST and LONGEST-running study into understanding cancer causes and preventions in women. The NHS has led the world in finding causes, preventions, and treatments for cancer for >30 years.

Our research was recently featured in TIME Magazine as one of the TOP 10 MEDICAL BREAKTHROUGHS of 2007:

However, due to limited federal funds, research dollars from public donations are becoming ever more critical to continue the vital research into women's cancers.

Please consider supporting the cause--all donations *DIRECTLY* benefit our breast cancer research! (Even a small $5-$10 tax-deductible donation can significantly help efforts to find a cure) Thank you for your support.
