Sting rays dont kill people, people kill people!

1. Sharks dont actually mean you any harm
2. Rays are nice too
3. But dont try cuddling them

Since the inception of dramatic, sensationalised movies about sharks, and more recently documentaries aimed at thrilling and captivating audiences, rather than representing these animals subjectively, sharks have got somewhat of a mis-aligned bad name.
More recently, with the death of a popular naturalist, sting rays too have been subject to closer public scrutiny and fear.
And We're here to put the record straight!
Yes, you are more likely to die from a bee-sting, or being struck by lightening, than in the teeth or on the barbs of these wonderful animals.
And realistically, the only way you'll get stung by a ray barb, is by either standing on the animal, or attempting to hug it. Neither activity comes recommended...
Similarly, the only way your going to get bitten by a shark, is by threatening, harrassing or cornering them.
So before you scamper out of the water at the first sign of a shark or ray, pause for a second to admire the grace and beauty that these animals posses when cruising through the water. We aren't on there list of edible items, so relax and go out and enjoy them in their natural environment.
