Don't believe that if you don't smoke you can't get Lung Cancer. IT'S SIMPLY NOT TRUE!!!

WHAT IF I TOLD YOU...

• Over 450 people die every day from a disease no one seems to care about ... that's 19 per hour.

• Lung cancer kills more people than breast, colon, liver, melanoma, and kidney cancers combined.

• Most people die from lung cancer three months after they are diagnosed because when
symptoms appear it is too late to be saved.

• Sixty percent of new Lung Cancer cases are diagnosed in never smokers, involuntary smokers and in people who have quit smoking ... even decades ago.

• Current Cancer Survival Rates:
Prostate Cancer: 99.9 percent
Breast Cancer: 89 percent
Lung Cancer: 15.5 percent!!!!!

• Over 85 percent of lung cancer cases can be diagnosed at Stage I with CT scans. It's time to demand CT scans. CT scans can do for lung cancer what mammograms do for breast cancer. Find lung cancer before it finds you. If you know someone who smokes, you might want to suggest they get a CT scan. If you smoke, you might want to think about quitting.

I am a lung cancer survivor because I found it early.

I think I survived so I could help others to survive ... I want to help as many people as I can...smokers and nonsmokers. Lung cancer is an epidemic that is affecting all of us.

NOW THAT I'VE TOLD YOU...PLEASE HELP MAKE LUNG CANCER MATTER TOO.
With Love, Bonnie J. Addario, 5- year lung cancer survivor, grandmother of eight, mom of three...

How big is this cause?
