What is bOK?

When you add the bOK application to your Facebook profile,

• Your friends will see "bOK him" or "bOK her" under your profile picture (just like the poke option).
• If a friend clicks on the "bOK him" or "bOK her" button, your phone will ring and their phone will ring, and when you pick up, you will be connected and can talk to each other for as long as you want for FREE.

Why is this cool?

• You don't have to remember your friend's phone number.
• All calls you originate are "incoming" and hence local (i.e. you make long distance calls as if they were local).
• If you have an unlimited incoming call plan, your phone call is completely free and you won't use up your minutes.

What else does bOK offer?

• bOK offers the same type of service on your cell phone where you can initiate a call by simply sending a text message containing your friend's phone number to the bOK number (613.614.0285). This is FREE.
• bOK offers international calling using the same service for very low VoIP rates.
