How do I re-claim my own blog on Networked blogs? That is the question...

Hi Mike!

I was on Amazon.com, and I read your review of The Shack. In all my life, a review never 'cut me to the quick' as much as yours ... I actually cried! Wow ... which led me to here.

Thanks,
Claire

P.S. Here's what I do for weightloss - 1) Listen to weightloss meditation tapes while I sleep to get my subconscious inundated with fat dissolving, confidence boosting data. 2) Every once in awhile, do a master toxic cleanse. For 7-10 days, drink six 8 oz of water mixed with juice from 1/2 lemon, 1-1/2 T Grade B organic maple syrup, and 1/10 tsp. Cayenne pepper. If you get hungry on any of those days, eat red/green/yellow pepper and yogurt.
