Description:The name Trihardist reflects my theory about my job and about sport and how they should be pursued. "Tri" of course means that I pursue three sports simultaneously, but moreover reflects the idea that we should always be well-rounded in our pursuits. "-hard-" implies that this pursuit should not be effortless; I think we should always try to give 100% in all our commitments. Finally, the play on the word "artist" implies that there is more to swimming, biking, and running than just physical effort; at some point, the athlete becomes an artist. So that's me. The hold-nothing-back triathlon artist, here to share what little expertise I have with you.
