Since when is it ok to allow a "journalist" to subject his agenda into a news story? Someone pretending to be a reporter, Tim Gaynor, just wrote a piece "Support broad in U.S. for public healthcare option." Wow, what a bunch of crap. Nearly 90% of this population has healthcare insurance and any poll you read, they dont want it screwed with by the government. He did manage to find two polls that support his silly agenda but their numbers are so different from each other neither should be considered reliable. Mr "Reporter" fails to mention that the President's numbers fall daily over this very subject. Today our idiot congressmen that "lead" this country are more partisan than ever yet a surprisingly large portion of Democrats are not in favor of the plan. Why? Because a majority want the government option? Does this clown seriously think people are idiots? Maybe Mr Gaynor meant to say that nearly 60% of those WITHOUT health insurane favor a public option.

In a recent Reuters article by Deborah Zabarenko, she claims “Greenland's ice-melt rate has increased by 7 percent a year since 1996” When extrapolated that equates to a loss of 58.16%. I would like to know how these figures were derived? Either the original number was insignificant or she is engaging in hyperbole.

"BROWNSVILLE, Texas (Reuters) - A small Mexican boy crossed into the United States with his family and died, forever changing the Texas border town of Brownsville."

The Rio Grande Valley is not forever changed. If any single action has changed Brownsville and other border towns it has been the absurd border wall that curiously is not being build along property of wealthy friends of the Bush family. Where the swine flu is troublesome, I do not believe the shocker that someone from Mexico crossed the border while sick will be so profound. By the way, the first American cases in the Valley, occurred in Rio Grande City. Rio Grande is about two hours west along the border.

Furthermore, last I knew I was an American who happens to be Hispanic. Not a Hispanic who was born in the United States. It is trivializations such as these that has allowed our government to take our rights and our land from us.

"CHICAGO (Reuters) - Delta Air Lines Inc has stopped using India-based call centers to handle sales and reservations, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday.

The move makes the airline the latest U.S. company to decide the cost benefits of directing calls offshore are outweighed by backlash from costumers, the newspaper said in a story on its website."

I don't understand why Delta would change direction because of, what must be only a handful, of "costumers". Now, were they talking about customers, that might be another matter.

In "New technologies coming to Web start-ups' rescue" how about some effective editing? Why write "new computer languages to try and slash costs" when "new computer languages to try to slash costs" is meant? Back to English 101?
