Hi Angie! I'm so glad you're here :) Honestly, most of the time when I come home from work I just want to relax too. That's why I do so much of the prep for my dinners on Sundays, hence "Sunday Baker". I get as many meals done early as I can, or put them together on a menu board on my fridge. If I don't have anything planned and I'm too tired, it's Subway, eat Fresh :)

Hi Tanya... Just a quick note to tell you how much I enjoy your blog! I am also a teacher and until this year also taught dance at the studo that my mother started many years ago! My question is... Now that I have some time in the afternoons to actually do something for myself all I want to do is head straight to bed for a nap!!! Where do you get your energy after being in school all day?!?
