I think more leagues are moving to the "no trade" model out of necessity, based on the number of trade disputes that occur each year. However, alternative dispute resolution allows leagues to have trades without dealing with the burdens of internal review -- thus keeping a very fun element of the game in play in exchange for just a small fee.

Also, it may surprise you; however, more than half of our disputes actually have nothing to do with trades. My favorites disputes involve interpreting league bylaws, and issues related to data conservation on draft day.

Marc...I looked at your web site. How has it worked out for you? Over the last few years the no-trading formats are moving to the forefront. Do you think this is the future of fantasy sports? Are you the better half of the Incredible Hulking Us team?
