Isa you just have to create a balance. Start by introducing healthy alternatives - fruits, water, 100% fruit juice,yogurt, whole wheat, salad, have steamed vegetables, baked or broiled fish, chicken, etc. It will take time but with consistency you will become a regular at maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Remember, you will have to answer to your health and wellness sooner or later.
