If you can get past the overbearing opening credits, which go on and on with loud guitar riffs, The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 is solid cops and robbers fare. The flawed movie works, thanks to Denzel W...Read More

OK, I've added features, including a blog search field, blogroll, and PermaLinks. Thanks for your patience. Also, I posted about the latest movies.

Scott,

I look forward to see the new features on your blog. Please tell me if you have any questions regarding the blogosphere.

I talked to Prodos today and he has now uploaded the interview as a MP3 file and will soon create a new post and add it on my page on http://egoist.solidvox.com

All the Best,

Martin

Sorry about the lack of posts. Working on incorporating WordPress, adding PermaLinks and a blogroll. Please bear with me during changes.

Thanks, Brin and Jack. I appreciate the compliments. Jack, there isn't much to 'do' here. This application is a sort of shortcut for Facebook users to my blog, like an offsite posting board and gathering place for readers who happen to use Facebook. One can track the latest posts and see a screen shot of the blog and rate my blog here. A feature I like is the general location of readers (I don't like the term 'followers' which is not how I think of those who come here). I hope you find it useful.

Now that I am here, what do I do. Are you going to send me stuff? I always enjoy reading your movie reviews.

Brin Hendrix-BaileyMar 4

I should have said I've never been disappointed by any movie you've recommended and I enjoy reading your reviews. I've never paid attention to the opinion of any reviewer before discovering your column. When I worked for the Clarion-Ledger in Jackson, MS, the critic and I developed a rather hostile relationship. :-) For the record your review of Narnia didn't upset this loyal reader.

Hi Ben, I'm working on it and I hope to add more features soon. Thanks for your patience and for your readership.

Ben BayerMar 3

Scott, I'd like to follow your blog more regularly, but there's no RSS feed. Here's my vote for adding one.

Thanks, Brin. I received more mail on '300' from readers who liked it than any picture's review since 'Narnia' which I also hated.
