Still Treading water but out of the rip current.
Whew.  It seems like the last week hasn't been so much living as a giant to do list of doom.  And it wasn't even all doom, but there was just enough doom, angst and "I can sleep when?" th...more

so i'm not on blogspot so i can't comment there... but seriously about the mrs. dash. get plain chicken breasts or tenders when they're on sale- they cook up quickly and you can eat them cold (like on a salad, or added to a low sodium soup- also get when on sale!)
one of my work friends is pregnant and says one of the best things for her is guacamole. the avocado is high in fiber and good protein, too. i also keep a stash of almonds in my drawer at work- just plain ones- i put them on my oatmeal in the morning but i'll also have some during the day- good proteins and more portable!
i'm a protein addict though, because otherwise i practice bad snacking, even when i know i shouldn't.
but you're almost there! hang in!
