Hope this helps, there are a couple of others like the airforce at sea has a light blue ensign, used alongside the RN ensign on aircraft carriers where RAF planes as well as Naval planes are being used...

One thing u may be intersted in Issac, the Union Jack is only called as such when flown at sea, and then it is rarely used... The majority of flags are British pleasure and naval flags, consisting of the Union flag in a corner on a red (civilian) background or a blue (royal and military) background. The flag flown on land is called the Union Flags and is one of the most common mis-conceptions.
