Hi!

I found this link on Twitter, and I'm glad I did ... because you are Growing Bolder! That's the company I work for -- we do video and radio interviews (and much more) focused on people who are 40+, living an active lifestyle, and inspiring people along the way. As a triathlete myself, I'm so motivated by stories like yours, so thanks for sharing!

If you want to come check out GrowingBolder.com, click on the channel link at the top, then the triathlon link. You'll see some big names, but also stories about people like Tony Handler, a 7-time cancer survivor who's training for the Ironman next year (he's already done 223 triathlons), and Wendy Chioji, a TV anchor who left the business to start her own fitness company in Utah. She's an Ironman (woman?) too.

Thanks!

Katy

Hello All. I'm new to this Blog and blogs in general. So, I hope this is where you post and ask questions. This past year I completed my first endurance races; a Half- Marathon, 70 mile bike ride, and an Xterra Sprint Triathlon at Lock 4 in Gallatin, TN. Now I'm hooked. This coming year I want to do another half, a century ride, then a Sprint, Olympic, and 70.3 distance Tri. I'm looking for some planning tips and mostly a coach in Franklin, TN. Any recommendations?
