Description:Well…you might be wondering who this person is writing all these theological rants? My name is Matt Capps. I currently live near Winston-Salem in a small village named Clemmons N.C. I am married to my beautiful wife Laura. We have one pet who thinks he rules the universe- our dog Jake. I grew up in Charlotte N.C. where my parents and sister currently live. I began studying fine arts at East Carolina University and eventually graduated from UNC Charlotte. From there I went on to attend Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where I completed a Master of Divinity degree. One day, if the Lord wills (and my wife allows), I hope to go back to school… I am currently serving as the Associate Pastor for Connections at Calvary Baptist Church. We have just opened a second campus in Davie County- Calvary West.

Matt, good blog! Your latest post makes a great counter statement to the many who "say" the mega church is history. I believe "they" are wrong. The mega church can reach postmodern thinkers.
