My dearest Everlast... (i.e. Erik if that suits you better.. I mean no disrespect). I have followed your career for a very long time... since your days with House of Pain... and Your earliest work, Forever Everlasting.

Recently... you were my rock. Your songs and words held me together. The day after I easter I got a call from my dads doctor to tell me he has lung cancer... a little over an hour after that call I got a phone call to tell me that my eldest sister has died.

Things have been very rough in my family. Moms is feeling depressed because she thinks she let her daughter down... the rest of us are trying to deal with dads cancer to help him survive.

Of all the stupid bullshit famous crap out there... I really want to sit down with you and record a classic... 'Dark end of the street'
