How wonderful to find other Bronte lovers. I see what your're saying about Jane Eyre but, still, I find it beautifully-expressed and so absorbing.
W.H., on the other hand, feels like streams of lightning; so powerful, I can't even read it too often.
If I could meet one (or two) writers from history, they would be Emily Bronte and John Keats.
