Perhaps, you will take a ride into my blog...Poetry soup of the soul!
Posted my 1st poem for those who are attracted to positive energies...
Food for thought...need more followers to get noticed.
Poem,"YOUR INNER BEAUTY" is a breath of fresh air from all the negativity in the "air." Feel the energy. BREATHE. Stop on by....I will look forward to seeing you!
Best ~ Dean Z ;)

Acquainted with the Night
by: Robert Frost

I have been one acquainted with the night.
I have walked out in rain -- and back in rain.
I have outwalked the furthest city light.

I have looked down the saddest city lane.
I have passed by the watchman on his beat
And dropped my eyes, unwilling to explain.

I have stood still and stopped the sound of feet
When far away an interrupted cry
Came over houses from another street,

But not to call me back or say good-bye;
And further still at an unearthly height,
O luminary clock against the sky

Proclaimed the time was neither wrong nor right.
I have been one acquainted with the night.

thank you Amanda, the touch of your poetry is as delicate as the silk, it wafts through the mind leaving a trace memory pool that allows me to follow where emotion has taken you.

ahh the Cheshire Cat, it is particularly neat how you perform such a feat as to leave only an ear when you don't disappear .... just to hear what we say :)
