Description:Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1997, I have been learning to live well with it ever since. The first step was accepting that my life would be different. Then I had to learn to embrace the new me, and all that I still have to offer. It hasn’t been easy, but I hope that by writing about my journey, you will feel more understood, and recognize that you are valuable, and you are not alone.

I would love to know how others deal with the pain too, but another thing about Fibro that actually scares me ... is the Fibro Fog! I feel like I am losing my mind. It is just way too much to deal with on top of the problems of money issues, and other stress related problems.

Love that we have connected and how something seen as "bad" brought good. You are amazing and I see that we will be really shifting together.

Blessings Dannette!

Interesting is right Sue! I appreciate your wisdom and perspective very much. Glad to be sharing our "interesting" experiences with each other.

Thanks Dannette for creating this page. This forum will allow us to spread truths about how we all function with chronic illness. Fibromyalgia is not the end of the road, but rather an interesting detour. Some days more interesting than others, right?
