I'm so glad that Karen Power referred me to your Facebook page for parents who have wayward children. After three years of blogging (Partners in Prayer for Our Prodigals), I have not found many blogs dedicated to parents of prodigals. It may mirror IRL; where we hide our silent pain because of shame and the unending hopelessness we feel when our adult child is wayward.

There is a certain irony when Christians cannot share the chronic nature of a wayward loved one with other Christians. After all, it is the love of Jesus that will draw our prodigals home and it is the love of Jesus that cares for the broken hearted.

Bless you for ministering to parents while we pray for our wayward children.
